The giant prawns marinated with herbs served with radish and oil from passion fruits

Grilled Foie Gras with roasted apples and ginger emulsion 

Prawn tempura with fine wasabi-potato puree or Marinated beef flank steak with egg noodles, vegetables and shiitake mushrooms

Ice chocolate Valrhona with candied sour cherries
