NEW MENU by NEW CHEF

from March 9, 2015 we have recruited a new Chef and new menu at AvantGarde
Our new young and energetic colleague, Jan Kvasnička (31) has joined AvantGarde from Zdenek´s Oyster Bar, a fashionable Prague downtown location where he had been working as Sous Chef. Before this position he got huge experience at such top-class Prague restaurants like Kampa Park or Villa Richter (Executive Chef).

His main inspiration and track record, however, came from Australia where Jan had been working for two years with „two hats“ Sydney-based restaurants Forty One and Iceberg.
