7th – 12th Januar Michelin menu by Reine Sammut

On the 2nd week of January will reign in AVANTGARDE kitchen Madame Reine Sammut, together with Patrik Havlicek and his team will prepare Michelin MENU. Madame Sammut has been honored for her work a many times in the past, she was awarded the Legion of Honour, two times she was declared the best France Chief of the year and her cuisine had also awarded with a Michelin star.

Celery remoulade with Saint-Jacques mussels and truffle

Braised bean ragout with asparagus and truffle juice

Turbot cooked in coriander steamed, oyster tempura, spinach, broccoli and cream parfumed with yuzu

Farm braised pigeon with sautéed champignons and baked stuffing


Rosemary sorbet with lemon-olive oil
